Unfortunately this is a hypothetical, though most likely a reality for entreprenuers and technicians and consultants.
Some USA office jobs have allowed teleworking on Fridays when gasoline got all expensive. What about in Canada?
On another note, how many Canadians would love to have a job where you can telework over a wireless computer from anywhere in the world and collect CDN$75,000 per year for your telework between the hours of 9AM and 5pm?
And in other words you can rent out a cottage or trek across Canada as long as you put in your 8 hours Monday thru Friday completing client phone calls and updating spreadsheets and what not.
Would Canadians could choose this kind of job, would they? How many Canadians would?
but also teleworking has become admissable as a way to work when you have a doctor's appointment, a task not requiring face-to-face meetings, and also if you have the flu and don't have sick days to use out
