Title: Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) Sales Specialist Location: California - Los Angeles Reponsibilities: HP Services has grown to be the largest component of HP's Technology Solutions Group, especially with the acquisition and integration of HP/EDS. Contributing significant profitability and growth to TSG, HP Services has become a reliable source of both revenue and solutions for all of HP. Specific to Unified Communications & Collaboration, HP and Microsoft Corp. announced a four-year strategic global initiative to deliver end-to-end unified communications and collaboration solutions. As part of the Frontline Partnership, the long-standing alliance between HP and Microsoft, the two companies expect to invest a significant amount in product development, professional services, as well as joint sales and marketing, to help organizations lower costs and improve productivity. Demand for unified communications and collaboration technologies is growing rapidly - you will be a key success factor in determining HP's success in this growth area. As the UC & C Sales lead for a district or country you will be responsible for working with the CBM/Enterprise Account Manager, Services Lead, and Microsoft sales teams to drive UC&C sales opportunities into target accounts. You will have the responsibility to drive HP Solutions that include Network Services, Microsoft solutions, Mission Critical Services, Halo, Procurve products, and UC& C complimentary products & devices. Skills required: Ideal candidate will possess: · Strong desire to help customer's solve their IT Business problems · Experience positioning communications, business collaboration and/or networking solutions. · Consistently out performs sales targets for complex solution sales · Experience working with multiple partners to drive joint value for our customers · 5 years experience selling HP or competitive solutions to Enterprise customers · Strong ability to lead a team from various functions to drive joint message and recommendations to customers- must have strong collaborative aptitude · Ability to effectively communicate IT Business Value to various executive business levels · Strong verbal and written communication skills · B.S. required; MBA or equivalent experience a plus.
