My client is a market leader in providing Converged Solutions throughout the UK & Europe. Established for over 15 years, they are continuing to grow on a rapid basis. With their Service Delivery Model they have a prestigious portfolio of integrated services. Due to continued growth are looking for Avaya Helpdesk Technicians to work in Glasgow. This position is very technology focused and will see you exposed to some of the latest technologies! Training and career progression is definitely available!
Role:
Work in a team of Service Desk Technicians as a Point of Contact to clients and staff. Any advanced queries will be escalated to another department.
Person Profile:
Someone with relevant Helpdesk experience. You will receiving Installation & Maintenance training on Avaya systems. The ideal candidate will come from a Service Desk/Helpdesk environment and have some exposure/knowledge of Avaya products. This position will offer long term career development.
