I require the services of suitable candidates (1 x UC Solution Architect & 1 x UC Solution Designer) that has traditional legacy voice background (PABX, ACD's, etc..) and has re-educated themself in Cisco IP Tel Solutions which include Call Manager solutions, Call Manager Express, IPCC solutions etc and delivered simplex/complex Solution Design and implementation with Call Manager 6.1. The Suitable candidates would be required to participate in Low Level Design, High Level Design and Proof of Concept in a Super Cluster Environment.

Executive Summary:-
The candidate needs a long history leading the development of enterprise size Cisco Call Manager solutions, Cisco IPCC solutions and large Cisco Call Manager Express solutions. This team has four key tier 1accounts/customers in thier portfolio - as you would expect the solutions need to be of an excellent quality. So any candidate needs to be currently producing the architecture and designs for large Cisco Call Manager, Cisco IPCC solutions and Cisco Call Manager Express solutions. The successful candidates would be walking in to a role where he/she would need to confidently produce these designs in a very high pressure environment.
