Tasks and Deliverables

• Provide structured Project Management (based on PMI guidelines) around Telepresence system and NSD installations/upgrades and special one-time customer projects.
• Execute on-site survey of customer environments to ensure readiness for Telepresence & NSD installations.
• Take part, as necessary, in Telepresence & NSD installations.
• Ability to rapidly establish command of the customer technical environment and identify key decisions required for project success.
• Taking the lead role in ensuring resolution of all program & project issues.
• To act as bid manager for applicable Professional Services opportunities, and to work with the Product Sales and PGS teams to ensure projects are managed within the commercial and margin goals of Polycom.
• To act in a technical account manager/enterprise services manager role for specific key, large and/ or global accounts, including those accounts under Polycom’s Elite service program.
• To liaise with the wider Polycom sales team (both product and service) on potential strategic opportunities in the region
• Setting priorities for appropriate Polycom resources assigned to specific projects.
• Interfacing with Polycom and customer’s management, sales, operations and customer service organisations to successfully deliver on project scope.
• Create and manage project plan, including project requirements, tasks, personnel, logistics, resources, and timeframes.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with the quality and timeliness of project deliverables.
• Identify and implement specific process improvements based on recommendations from project debriefs.
