EMEA Professional Services Manager, Surrey, £60-65k base + £15-20k bonus + car allowance
Our client is a recognised technology leader in the global visual communications market. They are looking for a proven professional services manager to come on board and play a key role in the ongoing development of a fast growing PS function. This role is going to suit an enthusiastic, hardworking individual who strives to be successful.
You will be responsible for pulling together the EMEA wide PS function and ensuring cohesion between this and the US & Asia PAC regions. Key to your role will be the management and growth of an existing professional services team as well as service definitions, pricing strategies, marketing and sales of professional services. You will also have the opportunity to liaise with a number of enterprise clients such as Cisco, Vodafone and BT.
Candidates will have:
•A strong, proven background managing a PS function
•A track record in development and implementation of process, procedure & structure.
•Knowledge of IP networking (Proven video conferencing and/or Telepresence experience is very desirable)
•Previous P&L responsibility for Professional services
•Business development experience and understanding
•High level of project management skills
•Relevant experience within consulting, networks, project management, business development
•Strong people management experience
•Proven EMEA experience is not mandatory for this position although you will have managed multiple PS regions.
•Whilst you won’t be on the road too extensively, you must be EMEA mobile.
