Polycom DigiMap Issue

Postby Peter » Mon Oct 06, 2008 4:39 pm

I have set up a PolyCom digitmap for my 601, according to the info on this page:

sipx-wiki.calivia.com/in...ne_the_Dial_Plan

This string allows three digit extensions including the range of 1xx. However, for LD calls a "9" prefix is required:

[2-9]11|0T|011xxx.T|9011xxx.T|91[2 -9]xxxxxxxxx|9[2-9]xxxxxx|*xx|[8]x xx|[1-7]xx

However, when I type a 3 digit number on my phone, nothing happens until I hit Dial.

Is this because I have 3 line appearances, or is there a setting in my phone preventing auto-dial?

The digit map isn't applied if you dial on-hook. You have to pick up the handset or press the line key first and dial when a dial tone is present for the digit map to be applied.
