Hi,

Is this product shipping in EMEA yet, and do you have any success stories or feedback from beta customers.?

Thanks

Yes. The product has world wide availabilty and was shipped already to NA, EMEA and APAC.

As part of the beta program we have conducted beta in each of the Theathers world wide.

In EMEA, for example, we had beta at Symetria (Swiss) and I'm sure (based on my discussion with him) that George will be happy to provide his feedback on the product to you (For contact information just go to symetria.com or contact Polycom Marketing in EMEA).

Thanks

Mike,

We are looking to support SIP on the next version, however, my question for you is what are you looking for the added value in SIP that you want to gain. Integration with what type of device/network ? Please elaborate the use case, and what is being holding you today from establish it in H323

Will the RMX1000 support SIP and H323 endpoints, ie: SIP Video Phones (when is Polycom going to release one) and H323 video codecs. In the same video call?
I tried to call Polycom but apparently it was Revcom day !

At current the RMX 1000 Support H323 Video and VOIP. SIP is being evaluate for version 2.0.

However, cascading to the Polycom MGCs and RMX 2000 (Which both support SIP today) are fully supported.

Hi,

Is there any plans for the RMX1000 or 2000 to support 1080i in the future?, or will they support it now just at a lower port count?

Thanks
