Description
1. UDOCX extends support to Xerox Workcentre multifunctional peripherals by providing seamless integration with Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft SharePoint in both on-premise and hosted-cloud-based environments.
2. The clean and simple UDOCX interface leverages both the Workcentre touchscreen display and the Xerox EIP development platform to create a fast and intuitive end-user experience.
3. The UDOCX scan functions allow you to easily route digitized copies of physical documents to email, SharePoint, and fax destinations while integrating with both the user's Outlook contacts and SharePoint access permissions.
4. Print-Agenda allows the current user to generate a hard-copy of their calendar appointments for the current day or any specific date.
5. Print-email displays the Inbox of the current user.
6. You may browse your emails manually or choose to perform a search.
7. The search scans the subject, from field, and body text of all the items in your inbox.
8. You may choose to print the body text of an email, the attachment, or combination.
9. UDOCX supports over three-hundred attachment file types.
10. Print-from-SharePoint allows the current user to print any SharePoint-based document that they have access to. As with Print Email, over three-hundred different file types are supported.
11. Finally, administrators may add one or more custom functions to the UDOCX display on a per MFP or per department basis, providing instant access to the most common activities in any specific environment.
12. UDOCX works with Internet-enabled Xerox WorkCentres inside and outside your network.
13. It's both scalable and flexible. You can start with just one MFP and roll out the service to other devices as required.
